Despite your numbers, your list is top-heavy. Keep in mind that there are about 200 applicants with similar or better numbers applying to the same dream schools for the same 60-90 interview spots. While you might be awesome interviewing at the 2-4 dream programs who extend invitation, you will be sweating it thru the cycle. You are a match for the "possible" list,, you might get half of them to invite you. Examine AAMC table B-8 and other resources about those schools. You can list your accepted abstracts even if conferences were cancelled. You don't need additional clinical or volunteering experiences, focus upon research.
