yeah it kind of bothered me how the attendings soaked up all the affordable hotels before the residents had a chance to book anything. just sort of backwards, i dunno. the one i'm staying at is like $300 a night, but fortunately i have a probable roommate. good luck, and i'll probably see you in miami

And I'm NOT a fan of how the funding went this year. I mean, I'm happy to get it, but it only covers like 1/3 of my trip. I liked it better when they booked the flight and hotel for you, and everyone got 2 nights.

Now it seems everyone is bailing out to stay with friends so they can pocket the money. I know someone in FTL but it's just too far!
