My Math grades are screwing up the rest of my grades! Idk what to do omg. My math will be maximum 85 at the end of this quarter, and the rest of my grades are high 90's. this will make my GPA 92 this quarter assuming nothing else gets screwed up ( 95 percent chance it does, because I'm ******ed). PLZZZ.

High school grades only matter as much as you need them to get into a decent college. A 92 overall average is plenty fine to get into a good college. Getting a B in math class is no big deal. Stop stressing about getting all As. You don't need them in high school (unless you're trying for a specific scholarship that requires a certain GPA, but you don't need to be worrying about that now). Then worry about college grades when you get there. If you can't take a deep breath about the grades and relax, you should talk to someone about your anxiety. If you're that anxious about your grades / testing, anxiety may likely be impacting your grades as well by messing with your sleep/studying/focus during tests.

This is too much. You should really seek out some counseling or something. I'm not being facetious - please get help. If you are this stressed about high school grades you will really struggle with college and especially med school, and you should learn better coping skills before this anxiety negatively affects your life and career. High school grades literally do not matter in the grand scheme of life. As long as you're doing the best you can, you should not be feeling like you're on the edge of a skyscraper because you're getting an 85 in high school math. You're doing fine.
I was kind of exaggerating, but I really do feel that way before tests sometimes. Regularly I have either mild anxiety or stress and sometimes I'm perfectly fine. And the worst is like depression RANDOMLY.

Please stop using this word the way that you've used it, particularly if you would like to be a physician someday which will involve working with people with all kinds of disabilities.
Will do.
