Do you have any rads research? Many of the NE programs are putting more and more emphasis on research every year. If you still have some time, get involved with research.

I guess i can do an elective in resaearch for radiology, but i am not going to spend extra years doing research, I feel like doing research just for the purpose of getting a residency is not good enough justification.
