No guarantees at Miami because they have such a huge program and invite such a large #.

True, they have a large # of fellows that they prioritize. Ability to speak Spanish is a huge huge plus (I won't go so far as to call it a requirement, but it's close). After all, if you can't speak it, how useful can you be in clinic?

why don't u just apply after 4th year and see waht happens? and then if u don't match take a year off
