Ah, don't you just love insurance companies? Jokes aside, always pick the treatment because health is wealth. Even if you're in debt, at least you're alive and there are plenty of programs for helping low-income patients. You just need to google them.but then my insurance decided not to cover it.

The second option involves teamwork to deal with a more eager peer. I'm okay with it, but I don't get the sense of urgency that gives me a sense you can really take on challenges with higher stakes.
