Do you submit college transcripts/mcat when applying to residency? thanks.

if you apply for an early match through SFMatch, you are required to submit an offical copy of your undergraduate transcript.

Not generally except for the SFmatch and some more competitive residencies like Combined/Integrated Plastics.

If you did graduate school for 5 years after college, and then worked in the field and then went to med school and did the SFmatch would you still submit the undergrad grades, or could you choose to submit the grad school grades, or do you submit both?
