Have you received post-interview contact from any programs? If so, was it email/phone/mail?

Just curious as I haven't heard from any programs.

I have heard from three programs via email. Two seemed to be saying something, whereas the other was just a quick thank you.

This is from last year but the program where I had received contact (albeit I provided the initial contact) was the program I did not end up matching at despite putting them #1.

The program where I had received no contact at all (despite expecting a little bit given its proximity to me) is where I ended up matching

In short, it means nothing but I'll admit it's still nice to hear from programs 🙂

Did you initiate the contact by telling the schools they were ranked #1 or highly ranked? Or did they just contact you on their own?

Only one program Contacted me, and they used Jodie Foster as a medium. She arrived via wormhole. The whole thing happened in milliseconds, but it seemed like 18 hours because Jodie wouldn't stop talking and crying.

Regarding last year's match-
I received polite emails in reply to thank you emails that I sent - these were generic and pleasant.

I received three unsolicited phone calls from 3 different program directors that I was ranked to match.

A close friend who matched in 2008 also received similar phone calls.

Cheebs did you then match at one of those programs where you were ranked to match?

...had a nightmare last night that something was wrong with my ROL and I would have matched except ROL was incorrectly done.
