1) China should re-pay financial costs to all countries affected by COVID19

2) China should pay penalties to the WHO for lying about the transmissibility of COVID19 between humans and lying about the infectivity of the virus

3) China should be sanctioned by the U.N. and pay financial penalties for its role in spreading COVID19 around the world

4) China should be kicked out of the U.N. Security Council for intentionally misleading public health officials and causing a global security crisis via COVID19.

We tried something similar with Germany once. How did that go again?
 
All that is dumb.
China is going to look like the world hero here, and we are going to look like chumps.
They are sending equipment and personnel throughout the world to help. People remember the ones who helped them.
they also will remember the ones that wanted to be back to normal by Easter, which will be right on our ramp up path.
