See Mammography, Nuclear Medicine (Thyroid and other procedures), ever heard of thoracentesis or paracentesis, pediatrics (fluoro), MSK does injections, CT biopsy, hysteroscopy requires doing a pelvic exam essentially, etc. I could go on and on.
Radiologists interact with patients all the time. They usually just don't spend a lot of time with them, a plus for me. The majority of the time is interpreting images but you can't say "probably won't see, meet, hear from a patient".
