You have to get along with the dictation software. Otherwise, there is no way around it in current environment.
Voice recognition has widely replaced transcriptionist in almost all places. It is for financial reasons and for the pace of work since many hospitals want the report out with half an hour for ED.
The major speed limiting factor in your day to day work is dictation, though it is the same for all medicine. We do a lot of documentation is this country.

I've seen a number of heavily-accented radiologists do quite well with dictation software. Some of them have learned to speak differently when they're dictating, but it works. Then again, I've seen people I consider to be accent-less (Midwestern US accent) do the same thing. So, I guess you can say there's an idiosyncratic component to it. Bottom line: I would not let this be a substantial barrier to going into radiology.

It sounds awesome to be able to dictate in an entirely different language, even a made up one 👍
