This is a problem at the University of Colorado where the Chair has faced multiple lawsuits (see below). Not sure how she still has a job. Anywhere else?

Gonzales v. University of Colorado, No. 1:2018cv01178 - Document 101 (D. Colo. 2020)

Mandell v. University of Colorado et al

Old articles. Unusual to see 2 senior, well-known academic anesthesiologists from the same department battle publicly.

Looking at the department roster, it looks like the chief is still there and the plaintiffs have moved on.

sounds like there was some inter-personal beef between the guys in the acute pain service.

Just another reminder to me to not trash talk someone behind their back.

Then I guess lawsuits and public letters to the board of regents are out of the question😉

I worked with this department chair in the past. I always found her to be a kind person. Not someone who would engage in malicious behavior.
