Do alot of Neuro people have Ph.D's?

ok guys, so i've got a few quick questions,
Do alot of neuro residents have Ph.d's, if so, is it necessary?
Do more people in neuro do research or clinical work, is it ok if you have no desire to do research?
Is neuro really as boring as everyone says?

Yes, a lot of them have PhDs.
 
Some don't have PhDs.
Some don't do research.
No one has to do research.

Yes, it is all completely boring and we all completely hate our lives, especially those of us with PhDs who do research. Everything you've heard is true.
