I pissed myself reading this, this job description screams 200k+ for what is essentially a 9-5 desk job consisting of 2-3 regs meetings/day in Hawaii:

TITLE: ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR
LOCATION: Honolulu, Hawaii FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time
DESCRIPTION:
Reports to the President and Medical Director and is responsible for scientific, medical and technical activities which include assuring that medical and technical procedures and practices meet or exceed requirements of regulatory agencies and generally accepted practices relating to the operation of community blood centers. The incumbent serves as a consultant in blood banking for Hawaii physicians and other health care professionals; and develops and implements medical and technical education programs; ensures continued safety & infection control programs satisfy pertinent OSHA, FDA, state, local & BBH requirements. The incumbent must be available 24-hours a day for medical coverage, when assigned. Consults with Medical Director in providing medical guidance to operations.
