Do you know any such books which a radiology student can learn to exact protocol on Interpretating an image diagnosis ? I mean there must be way to write diagnosis in a standard manner.Do you guys know it ? Or how to interpretate in a standard way ?

Are you trying to teach yourself to become a radiologist? There is just too much to possibly learn on your own, so many modalities. Why not just do a radiology residency? Read other radiologists reports and try to emulate the ones which you think are the best. Go to amazon.com and google radiology, that should give you a good starting list to read.
But really the best way to learn radiology is to actually read out with radiologists and supplement what you see with regular reading. There is no other way to do it.
