I have interviews at USC(this week), Habor-UCLA (next week) and UCI(following week).
This is first time pathology interview for me.
If you have any experience, please share with me.
I am an old graduate (approaching two decades ago), IMG with pathology background.
Thank you in advance.

It's been a while since I interviewed at UCLA in November - let's see what I remember. First, I met with one of the residency co-directors. He was very casual and basically spent most of the time telling me why it was a good program. Then I met with 4 or 5 of the attendings. They were all exceptionally nice and had actually read and remembered my application. They had a sheet to fill out during the interview so it seemed like many of them asked questions straight from it. Research interests was a favorite topic. They also wanted to know why UCLA, why California, etc. After that I had lunch with 2 of the residents - very casual, very honest. Then one final interview and that was it.

I should also mention that I did a rotation with them for 3 weeks before my interview but I only interviewed with one attending that I had worked with.

I just wanted to point out that UCLA and Harbor-UCLA are two very different programs. I didn't end up interviewing at any of these programs but if you search back, last year some people posted about their interviewing experiences at USC I think.
