PC police first. Are you referring to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). These are very different entities. Both of these are complex and in the case of IBS, it is a diagnosis of exclusion. Generally the internet is a poor place to get medical treatment options. If you have specific questions about IBS or IBD this may be a place to get answers.
