Just wanted to find out if anyone found any great rates or physician loan like the Bank of America Loan with no PMI and no down payment in the state of Pennsylvania. Thank you.

Yeah it seems that unfortunately BOA can't do PA. I'll ask some of my friends if they've found anything.

Suntrust can do Doctor Loans in PA and this loan is very similar to the BOA doctor loan. See my posts in the Important Home Loan Info Thread and/or PM for more info.
