Mayo Derm secondary essay?

This is probably for past years applicants who interviewed at Mayo. I just was perusing their website and noticed there was a secondary with 3 questions due on Oct. 15th via email. I know another SDNer got an interview there just yesterday. I completely missed the secondary. Worth sending answers in or not? Have the decision to interview who already been made? Their stated deadline is Nov 1st. Thanks.

My cycle, I was offered an II beginning of Jan. (obviously someone else's cancellation, but an invite nonetheless)

Along the same lines...I just realized that UT Southwestern requires responses to 3 questions instead of a personal statement. I already submitted my PS to them through ERAS (opps!). Does anyone know if there a way to still switch out my PS for the specific questions in ERAS? The deadline is Oct 31. Or is it too late since I already submitted the PS? Thanks!

Here are the programs, to my knowledge, with special requirements.
Case Western, Mayo, OHSU, UPenn, UTSW, and Vanderbilt.
UMass and Indiana sent out supplementals.

I did not apply to all the programs but I am sure there's a few more.

I do not see any special requirements listed on the OHSU website or in ERAS. Where do you find it? What is it?
