A new technique is being devised called Moes surgery that will supplant Mohs surgery in the near term. It will reimburse extremely well and everyone can do it so nobody feels excluded...ER docs, derms, gynecologists, NPs, PAs, housecats, the boyscouts who tipped over the hoodoo in Utah, pretty much everyone.
The technique is easy to learn and the trick is pure simplistic brilliance, you hold the bevel of your blade at 47 degrees instead of 45 degrees. In this fashion you can be sure you'll see all the Moes and carefully extract them from the patient, leaving only the good Larrys and Curlys behind.
