A question for any IMG's that matched Neuro, especially those of you from the carib. How important is it to get out of network electives in 4th year, especially if you are trying for a university Neurology program? My school doesn't have too many Neuro electives and it seems many University programs do not allow electives for IMG's who are not from LCME approved medical schools. Anyone know of any university programs that offer 4th year neuro electives to IMGs?
