i'm a current md/phd student interested in neuro. recently i've been interested in neurorehab, esp. stroke care/dementia memory disorder. It seems like this is a fairly new area with not a whole lot of programs offering fellowships. anyone knows about this area and the good programs? since i'm old and crummy, i was hoping i could fasttrack my residency to do research.
