I am looking for this article: Babikian VL, et al. J Neuroimaging 2000;10:101-115. It does not have the online version and I was wondering if anyone could share a copy with me.
And I would like to ask people who have taken the exam if they had any input on the type and forms of questions. I am a little worried about the physics questions...any books or website for sample questions...?
