Has anyone heard about the new SCARD guidelines (now interviews will be conducted in Feb 2013 and offers will be given May 1, 2013)? Are all programs adhering to this? When do we send in application materials with the new time frame?
So apparently this applies to all fellowships out of the official match. Any ideas if it's better to send in materials now or wait till later? Does submitting early mean you get first dibs at an interview offer?
