I know some things about the Duquesne pre-medical post-bacc program. I was accepted there for the fall, but decided to do a different program that I thought fit me better. I interviewed there (they require a personal interview) and found the people and the faculty very kind and helpful- not to mention Pittsburgh is a much nicer city than it gets credit for! It's a small program (around 20-30 people) made to boost your GPA for applying to med school. You take 3 science courses and 1 non-science course of your choice per semester and since there aren't many post-bacc students you will take your classes with different types of students (i.e. undergrads, pharmacy students, nursing students, etc) depending on the class. My friend just finished the program there this year and she really enjoyed it.
Let me know if you have more specific questions and I'd be happy to help.
