is that really true? i have read in various places that if radiology is not possible, then one should go for nuc medicine...make connections for 2 years (after 1 year of prelim) and then shoot for rads...is that feasible?...a couple of residents told me that their buddy xyz couldn't get rads so he went about this way and was successful...i personally know the guys so i know they weren't fibbing...has anyone heard of any similar anecdotes?...if you can't get rads the first time around, should this be the next option? what are the alternatives i.e. research for a year, etc?
