I believe that less forums with more traffic individually is better than more forums with less traffic. I mean look at our main list at this point. It's so huge people can't even find the forums they're looking for! For that reason, I think the potential traffic generated by a nucs forum would be too low to justify giving it a seperate forum. I mean honestly, how many nucs interested people and nucs residents do we have here?

That being said I'm not the one who would decide on this issue (an admin would have to do it) and I'm open to persuasion. Still, I think the rads and nucs people should be able to get along here ok.

People interested in nuclear medicine always come to the Radiology forum and always ask the same questions... it would make more sense I think to put it as a subforum.

It would certainly be easier to search for past threads about a subject rather than hunt the radiology thread for 'nuclear medicine' only to get every thread that remotely mentions it.

i agree, its better to create a seperate sub-forum n create a sticky on FAQ's in nuc med, I'm compipling useful info about nucs these days,so i could post tooo!!

hey I agree with the post above. To find the relevant information about nuclear medicine I had to go through the entire radiology forum, last time I visited. So please be helpful & create a subforum, its user friendly!!😀

Ok, I'll take it up to my superiors and see if I can get it done...

If you are an established poster (say 100+ posts) and are a nucs resident or attending (or related) and you'd like to advise such a forum, please send me a PM.
