Cervical spinal.

0/4 used ultrasound

That was long before U/S came into the regional anesthesia picture

Back to the topic at hand: Does anyone have any spinal dosing suggestions, or could anyone please provide a link to good video on "TSA" blocks???

Last weeks fellow asked me to paralyze our patient more!
She was 41kg and 87 yo. She has 0 muscle mass

And I literally had to kick him out of the way to do the spinal. Like he saw me not give a ga or tube and still thought I had paralyzed her.

This weeks one is notoriously slow so I did a cse. That blew his mind. He nearly had to sit down to comprehend that

Maybe an intrathecal catheter inserted at T4-5 and threaded up to C5.
