Programs that pay moving expenses?

To those with any experience:

How common is it for programs to pay some amount of moving expenses when moving to start residency? FREIDA seems to show that few programs officially offer help with expenses, though word of mouth seems that perhaps the majority of programs offer something.

Anyone know any programs that chip in?
 
We are going to Klamath Falls, Oregon (FP) and they are chipping in $1000 towards moving!

Do you have to ask the program if they pay moving expenses, or do they just offer it up? I matched early in urology and am wondering who to contact for that. I just matched 5 days ago, so i haven't received any paperwork from my program yet.
