Score: 243 Study Period: 2 months Step 2CK: 245 Step 1: 252. UW Step 3 Average: 69% timed tutor, random. Repeated Peds/OB+GYN/Endo. UWSA 1 (4 weeks out): 206 (Fun fact: there's an option to score recheck your practice exam. When I clicked it my score went from 196 to 206). I hate practice exams...

Highly recommend MedQuest, $300 since it seems like you have $$$ to burn. No need for tutors! What were your scores like on your other tests? If they were both >230, I highly suggest you do this on your own and that you don't need a tutor. I understand how low your confidence is right now, but if you have money to burn, tons of people are going to be willing to take it and your mileage may vary. @Dr. USMLE may be able to help suggest some reputable tutors.
