Does anyone know why the Baylor-Scott & White integrated plastic surgery program only filled 1 of 2 of their 2018 spots? I'm just curious because it was the only unfilled position for the entire specialty.

Not affiliated with this program and did not apply plastics, but my bet was it was intentional.

The PD probably had a very exclusive rank list as I'm sure 6 year plastics could fill. The alternative is gunning for a top Gen Surgery program, getting . Whether they intended to risk leaving spots unfilled is unknown.
