Anyone know if an osteopathic traditional rotating year (AOA not ACGME) will still be accepted for intern year, I know it was last year just curious if its still up to the PD discretion?

So if you apply during TRI they can accept it.I think they are accepted until 2020 due to the upcoming merger

Yea I contacted an MD program I rotated at. They said they aren't accepting none acgme TRIs going forward. It sounds like they can without jeopardizing accreditation; however, the program should check if it'll affect board eligibility for the resident.
