anyone know anything specific about this program? for instance, what are your chances of getting in out-of-state, and how "disadvantaged" do you have to be to be eligible? any input you guys have will be appreciated, thanks.

You have to be from Cali and they give some type of economic cutoff that you must be below. They also consider educationally disadvantaged reapplicants. But I am not too sure how they specifically determine who is educationally disadvantaged.
