Why NJ? The median value is higher in ny.
It is useless without considering the % of Medicaid and Medicaid rate.

Let's get the guy in Jersey that is getting $240/unit in the same room with the guy that is getting $24 in Utah. My guess is the guy in Utah is going to beat the crap out of the guy in Jersey.
