I had a patient today who’s QTc was 770 per her EKG. I couldn’t really tell because I could hardly see the T wave as it was flat. In the OR it didn’t look too long though.

Whenever you have an abnormal QT, don't trust the machine, check it yourself (on a paper EKG). Machines are famous for misreading waves.

Yup. And I don’t even know how it could have read it because T wave was totally flat. Didn’t look on monitor to be 700.
