I have spent too much time sitting in the shadows of SDN as an observer throughout the entire ERAS process..... too lazy to find out what my password was from almost 4 years ago before I entered med school.... but today is a different day.....I had to throw my 2 cents in because I matched to a program I actually want to go to (I ranked only the 5 I liked best) ... and the NRMP definitely gave me some lovin today... 🙂 I can't wait until Thursday !!

I haven't been able to celebrate all day because the two friends I checked my email with this morning both didn't match. So I've been forced to supress my own personal emotions all day en lieu of a more somber tone.

Hell yeah, I matched! But this was not terribly exciting for me due to the number and quality of programs I ranked. Thursday will be the big day for me.

I actually got an email from a program where I interviewed that didn't fill. They basically told me that they don't know which residents they got until tomorrow, but if I didn't match to please contact them for one of the spots they didn't fill.
